QUESTION: Someone told me that Troy Seals (my favorite singer) had the biggest hit
on the song "Sweet Dreams." I didn't know he recorded the song. Is that true?
ANSWER: Troy Seals recording made the least noise of all the charted versions of "Sweet Dreams." His version only reached # 88 in 1976. Other chart positions included Faron Young (2 in 1956) Don Gibson (#9 in 1956), Patsy Cline (# 5 in 1963), Reba McEntire (# 19 in 1979 and Emmylou Harris (# one in 1976).
